Triathlon Ireland is delighted to announce an upcoming Age Group Day for Tri Team Ireland athletes taking place on Sunday 31st May at the Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin.
This in person event is open to all Age Group athletes, with a particular focus on those preparing to race internationally this season. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others, learn about the Tri-Team Ireland and get set for the months ahead.










The day has been designed to be informative, practical and of course social!
Here’s what’s planned:
Plus, there will be a coached swim and/or run session.
Date: Sunday 31 March
Time: 9am – 2pm
Location: Sport Ireland Campus, Dublin
Cost: Euro 7 includes coached session, access to pool and lunch

The Age group pathway offers athletes the chance to progress from domestic racing to representing Ireland on the international stage.

The Tri Team Ireland programme provides a clear pathway for athletes to represent Ireland at European and World Championships across triathlon, duathlon, aquabike and mixed relay.

Looking ahead, there’s also an exciting event coming up in June – the Celtic Cup in Llandudno in Wales, delivered in partnership with Cymru Triathlon and Triathlon Scotland.
This Standard distance race takes place along the Welsh coastline and offers great international racing experience in a friendly setting. Age Group places are still available, so if you’re considering taking the next step this could be the perfect chance.
