On Saturday 5th September athletes from across the island of Ireland and beyond will line up along the banks of the River Foyle for a standout weekend of racing.
And as one of the final events in the 2026 Triathlon Ireland National Series, this is a race not to be missed.
Last held in 2017, The City of Derry Triathlon will also host a European Triathlon Cup – attracting a strong, competitive field, including international Elite athletes.
Age-Group competitors will have the chance to earn Triathlon National Series points.
As part of the Triathlon National Series, the City of Derry Triathlon will host the second to last race in the 2026 Series.
With up to 500 Athletes taking part – this is a race not to be missed!
