Orna Murray is the co- founder of Move2B which aims to create an environment where girls lift eachother up. Move2B’s mission is to retain teenage girls in sport and to ensure girls have the resources to help them discover and retain their athletic and personal potential. They do this by using evidence-based research to provide coaches, teachers, and young girls with a toolkit to address obstacles to physical activity in their unique contexts.
Cherianne Taim is a final year PhD candidate in female athlete physiology at the Technological University of the Shannon and the SHE Research Group in Athlone, Ireland. Her research focuses on the menstrual health of female athletes, specifically the prevalence of menstrual cycle irregularities and the translation of menstrual cycle tracking from theory to practice.
Irene Clark is a sports educator and coach specialising in menopause, endurance sport, and participation sport. Her expertise lies in supporting active women during the menopause years, helping them navigate and thrive during this transformative stage of life.
Lorraine Boyce of Down Below Physio is a fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. She is registered with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and the clinical interest group Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health and Continence. Lorraine focuses on Women’s Health Physiotherapy, including all aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction and musculoskeletal antenatal and postnatal care.
