Notice of 2023 AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Triathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually at 2pm on Saturday, 22nd April 2023.
The Triathlon Ireland Annual Report, which will include information on Audited Financial Statements 2022, AGM Timetable, Motions and Director Reports will be shared with all members on the Triathlon Ireland website in due course.
Motions and Procedures
Triathlon Ireland members are given notice to submit motions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for Board positions.
Motions must be put forward in writing and signed by a member club chairperson in order to be accepted.

Three Board positions will be open for election at this year’s AGM. Click on each title for a full role description.

Gender Equality
Triathlon Ireland has a commitment to gender equality. At the 2022 AGM members voted in favour of a measure which requires that at least four Directors on the Board be of each gender.
Under this provision, two of the three positions open for election shall be filed by females. A separate provincial measure in the Constitution dictates that at at least one position shall be filled by a Connacht club member.
Voting
Triathlon Ireland member clubs are entitled to one vote at AGM. Each club must appoint a member within their club to represent it as a delegate and vote on its behalf.

Motions submitted after this date will not be accepted.
