2026 Year in Review: Middle Distance National Championships
Looking back at the year in review – the 2026 Middle distance National Champs – Tri Tyrone 70.3 organised by Tri Limits Triathlon Club.
Middle Distance Championships Tri Tryone
A flat and fast course, with a rolling start swim in Eskragh Lough, followed by a three lap bike on closed roads; and the run on a three lap out and back route.
Open Podium
A stacked open field saw tough competition – with a host of contenders vying for the top spots. David Higgins took the top spot having led from the swim. The bike course proved influential with Donal Mongey and Ciaran Kyne putting themselves into contention for the podium.
