Women’s Turbo and Talk: Join Our Women's Virtual Cycling and Social Group
Turbo and Talk is a dedicated weekly session that combines the fitness- building of virtual cycling (Turbo) with a supportive environment for socialising, conversation and asking questions with likeminded individuals.

When: Each Friday for four weeks
Time: 6:30am to 7:30am
Where: Online / Zoom
Cost: €5 for 4 weeks
What You Need: Bike and Turbo Trainer or Static Exercise Bike, Water bottle, and Workout gear. Plus a Device such as Phone or Laptop to join the Zoom session!
