This International Women’s Day, Triathlon Ireland are delighted to launch a new webinar – Beyond the Finish Line: Roles Outside of Racing.

Triathlon is about so much more than just racing. It’s about community, friendship, challenging yourself, new adventures and can also be about taking a leadership role.

There are lots of opportunities to take on a leadership role within our community, be that as part of your club’s committee, as a technical official at events, coaching, volunteering, and lots more besides.

The Details

Through this webinar, we will share the stories of some of the inspiring women who are coaching, officiating, leading and volunteering in our community.

Karen Kavanagh	Athy Triathlon Club. Karen was awarded the Caroline Kearney Award 2022 for her huge contribution to the development of junior triathlon, and especially for young girls in triathlon through her work within her club.
