A stunning location for some run, bike, run at Tri Lakes TC’s Knockma Duathlon for Round Five of the Duathlon National Series!
In the women’s event, Triathlon Ireland Women in Sport Advocate Olivia McCartin had her first win of this year’s series. In her second podium of the series, Predator TC’s Emma Boyle was second with Neasa Canavan third in her home race.

In the men’s event, Carlow TC’s Eoin Bailey also had his first win of the season, coming home in 59:19. Galway TC’s Aidan Kelly just over a minute behind for second and Killian Dooley in third.
