Triathlon Ireland would like to invite you to join their Mayo Social Hub commencing on 24th May. The aim is to bring people together who are interested in the sport of triathlon. For this series we are offering the first three sessions free. The Social Hub will be led by a Triathlon Ireland accredited coach, Brendan Fergus who is also a member of Castlebar triathlon club.
For insurance cover you must hold a minimum of a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership, valid for 2025, and register in advance for each Social Hub.
You will need a bike (must be in good working order), helmet and appropriate running/walking gear. You will also need to bring a drink and snack with you. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session start time to be ready to start promptly at 10.30am on each date.
