
Triathlon Ireland, in partnership with Omagh Triathlon Club and Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, is excited to host a beginner-friendly Aquathlon on Sunday, 13th of April. The event is perfect for both adults and kids (ages 8-17) looking to try something new!
The inclusive event is a great introduction to our sport in a relaxed and supportive environment. Participants will take on an indoor pool swim followed by a run on the track at Omagh Leisure Centre.
Whether you’re diving in for the first time or just looking for a new challenge, this event is all about having fun, staying active, and enjoying the experience with fellow participants.
– Indoor Swim: 250 metres
– Track Run: 4 kilometres

– Swim: 50 metres
– Run: 400 metres
Tri Heroes A: 9 – 10 Years Old
– Swim: 100 metres
– Run: 1000 metres
Tri Heroes B: 11 – 12 Years Old
– Swim: 200 metres
– Run: 1500 metres
Tri Heroes C: 13 – 14 Years Old
– Swim: 300 metres
– Run: 2000 metres
Youth: 15 – 16 Years Old (Super Sprint)
– Swim: 400 metres
– Run: 3000 metres
Youth Development: 17 Years Old
– Super Sprint & Sprint
Junior: 18 – 19 Years Old (Sprint)
– Swim: 750 metres
– Run: 5km
