Race Report

The first Paraduathlon National Championships took place on Sunday, 24 March at the Galco Naas Duathlon in Punchestown, Co. Kildare.

The duathlon season for the country’s teenage and juvenile athletes reached its highpoint in challenging conditions last weekend.

There were three races on the duathlon calendar this past weekend – Galco Naas Duathlon and the Eirgen WTC Tramore Duathlon and Setanta Duathlon.

With the first two rounds of the BMW Duathlon National Series completed, the women’s and men’s competitions are beginning to take shape.
