HER Outdoors Week will take place from 12th – 18th August 2024. This week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for women and girls to get involved in outdoor physical activity. This is a nationwide campaign overseen by Sport Ireland’s Outdoor Unit and we are delighted to be part of this once again with support from funding from Sport Ireland.
Triathlon Ireland wants to encourage women to get outdoors and involved in triathlon with this fantastic initiative.
Launching on Tuesday, August 13th as part of HER Outdoors Week, Come n’ Tri will see women get involved in 6 weekly sessions consisting of swimming, cycling and running all within a safe & social environment and led under the guidance of a Triathlon Ireland Community Coach.
