Winter Wellness Webinar- Menstrual Cycle, Nutrition and Triathlon Training

As part of the Women in Sport Winter Wellness programme we are hosting a free webinar next Wednesday Feb 22nd on the menstrual cycle, nutrition and triathlon training.

- A break down of the phases of the menstrual cycle and the hormones involved
- The role the menstrual cycle plays and its impact on training and nutrition
- Key things to look out for in your menstrual cycle- what is normal and abnormal?
- Fuelling for training and the consequences of fuelling incorrectly
Details
The webinar will be on Wednesday 22nd February from 7:30pm to 9pm.
Keynote speaker will be Stephen Floyd. Stephen has an MSc in Nutrition and has previously worked with Everton Football Club. He currently works with a range of athletes from a variety of different sports helping them improve their performance, body composition and health through nutrition.

Triathlon Ireland Beyond the Finish Line Advocates will also share their experiences and there will be an opportunity for questions too.
