Cork TC Awarded Bronze Club Accreditation

Cork Triathlon Club is being recognised under Triathlon Ireland’s Evolve Club Standards Programme.

Cork has achieved the Bronze Accreditation Level, for the governance standards they’ve put in place to make their club a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all genders and ages.

Cork Triathlon Club said it is delighted to be awarded the Bronze Standard, which it had been working towards for many years.

“This award is a major recognition of the structures, roles and training that many committee members and coaches have developed and put in place since we started 23 years ago.”

“These include management and governance standards, club coaching, training and race activities, safeguarding of our junior members and making the club a welcoming, safe and rewarding community for our members.”

The club added: “There are still many other areas where we can develop and improve upon and we will strive to achieve Silver and Gold status over the coming years. But for now congratulations to all those who have contributed towards getting CTC to Bronze standard. “
