
Join us for an empowering 2-day Summer Triathlon Training Camp led by expert coach Eimear Mathews, designed specifically for women who want to sharpen their triathlon skills and build confidence — all in a supportive, fun environment!
Swim:
Wetsuit, swimsuit/trisuit, hat, goggles, tow float.
Bike:
Turbo trainer, Bike, comfortable cycling attire, helmet, cycling shoes/runners.
Runners:
Runners, comfortable running shoes.
Snacks and water:
Lunch will be provided, however, please bring some snacks for yourself and please ensure you have adequate amounts of water with you.
Tow floats and wetsuits are mandatory – no float or wetsuit, no swim – tow floats are available to purchase in Decathlon as are wetsuits. You must be able to swim and have some open water experience to participate.
Turbo trainers are also required as there is no open road cycling – turbos are available to purchase in Decathlon. We have a few turbo bikes available, so please let us know asap if you don’t have your own turbo and want to use one of these.
