Triathlon Ireland AGM 2021

The Triathlon Ireland AGM 2021 will be held via Zoom webinar from Sport Ireland Campus on April 24th.

The election of candidates for the Board of Triathlon Ireland will take place between 11:00 and 13:00 on April 24th via a secure election portal.

Club delegates will be provided with unique login and password details to access the voting portal. The process is being overseen by an appointed independent scrutineer.

Following this, the next business of the AGM will commence at 14:00.

How to Vote

Each Triathlon Ireland affiliated club has one vote at the AGM.

Each club must appoint a member from within their club to represent it as a delegate and vote on its behalf. 

The deadline to register is Friday April 9th 2021.

All club delegates will be sent a link and information guide for accessing the meeting. Triathlon Ireland staff are available to assist any club who requires a system test in advance of the AGM and will also be available to assist with the voting process on the day.

AGM Format

At the meeting, Triathlon Ireland members will be asked to vote to:

Part One: 

  • Club delegates will be asked to elect of candidates for Triathlon Board Director positions

Part Two: 

  • Accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
  • Accept the annual financial statements
  • Appoint an auditor
  • Motions
