Great days racing! Very choppy swim conditions on the lake made for a tough start to the day.
Loughrea is Maurice Mullins hometown, the organiser of the first modern triathlon in Skerries in 1983. This years event marked his contribution to the sport, celebrating 40 years of Triathlon in Ireland.
