Boost Training Hubs are group training sessions run on a monthly basis. They give young athletes the chance to train together in a safe and fun environment.
Hubs are delivered by fully qualified Triathlon Ireland Coaches with the support of Triathlon Ireland Development Officers
They are open to all levels and have two tiers
- New to triathlon and participation
- Development
Hubs are for you if:
- There is currently no local junior club in your area
- You have done a schools programme and want to do more
- You are a club member and want to further develop your skills and train with others
- You are thinking about races and want to train to improve
Sessions are for ages 10-13 and 14-17
Sessions are aimed at both club and non club athletes but you must be a member of Triathlon Ireland to attend.
