Triathlon Ireland AGM 2026
The 2026 Triathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually at 7.30pm on Thursday, 23rd April 2026. Please see below important information and documents ahead of the meeting. We encourage all members and clubs to participate in shaping the future of Triathlon Ireland.

Motions
There are four resolutions put forward for consideration:
Candidate details for the position of President of Triathlon Ireland will be shared on the 9th of April, once the closing date for nominations has passed. Read more here. Club committees have been emailed nomination submission details.
There will be an online meeting for club delegates on the 16th of April at 7pm to inform delegates of the voting procedures, and to hear from the candidates for the role of Triathlon Ireland President. Club delegates will be sent further details.
AGM registration
Attendance at the AGM is open to both affiliated clubs and individual members. Each Triathlon Ireland affiliated club has one vote at the AGM and must appoint a member from within the club to represent it as a delegate and vote on its behalf.
- Each affiliated club must nominate one Delegate during registration. This Delegate will be the club’s sole representative with voting and speaking rights.
- Clubs may also register additional attendees as observers. Observers will not have voting rights and may only speak at the discretion of the Chair.
- Individual members and other attendees are welcome to attend as observers.
- All attendees must register in advance. The deadline for registration is 5pm on Monday 19th April.

- 7pm, 16th April: Online Meeting for Delegates. (President Candidates present to voting delegates after online meeting).
- 5pm, Monday, 20th April 2026: Delegate Registration Deadline.
