It’s week 5 of Run and Ride for Pieta, supported by BMW and this week the challenges are increasing in distance as we get ready for next week’s big day out!
For the second week in a row you’re going to link two sports together, you’re going to run after your cycle for the first time, getting you ready for your duathlon next week!
This week will be all about pacing the run, you have a tough Run Specialist’s Duathlon ahead of you, covering 30 kilometres on your feet!
