Women in Sport Tri Leader Programmes
If you would like to start your coaching journey and help out with club training sessions, Triathlon Ireland has two free Women in Sport Tri Leader Programmes starting soon!

What is the role of a Tri-Leader?
Support their clubs training structure by assisting the coach in setting up club sessions and assisting during the session. Assisting and supervising in a race environment or at club events. Tri Leaders offer feedback to the Coach.
Provide encouragement and support to club members at sessions and help to create an athlete centred environment. A Tri Leader, while not a coach, is integral to the club structure and should promote safety and enjoyment at club sessions.
