Turbo and Talk
Women’s Turbo and Talk: Join Our Women's Virtual Cycling and Social Group
Turbo and Talk is a dedicated weekly session that combines the fitness- building of virtual cycling (Turbo) with a supportive environment for socialising, conversation and asking questions with likeminded individuals.
What to Expect
- These sessions will be coached by Level 2 Coach Diane Cordner.
- Each week you will complete a structured, guided virtual / online cycling workout (approx. 60 minutes) suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced rider.
- The focus is on building strength, speed, and endurance in a friendly, non-judgemental setting.
- Throughout the sessions you can chat and ask questions to the coach and the rest of the group

When: Initial Trial Block each Friday for four weeks from Friday 6th March 2026.

Time: 6:30am to 7:30am
Where: Online / Zoom
Cost: €5 for 4 weeks
What You Need: Bike and Turbo Trainer or Static Exercise Bike, Water bottle, and Workout gear. Plus a Device such as Phone or Laptop to join the Zoom session!
