Run & Ride 2021 raises €8,000 for LauraLynn Children’s Hospice

Over the past six weeks, almost 1,300 people all around Ireland have been taking part in Run & Ride. Run & Ride is a duathlon training programme to help those hoping to complete a sprint or a standard distance duathlon.

The six week programme concluded with Run & Ride Weekend last Saturday and Sunday – and hundreds of our community took part. Many were completing their first ever duathlon, a great achievement for a wonderful charity. Most took part by completing their duathlon from home, but some clubs around the country hosted training sessions to enable their members complete the non-competitive duathlon – and to celebrate being able to train together again!

Congratulations to everyone who completed their duathlon – we loved seeing all of your updates on social media!
