EVOLVE Club Development Day

Triathlon Ireland will be hosting an educational and interesting EVOLVE Club Development Day on Saturday the 15th of April. This event is designed to be very beneficial for all club committee members to attend, and it is recommended that each club nationwide be represented by at least one member.
Topics on the day are designed to help clubs in a number of areas, there will be keynote speakers and a number of breakout rooms as well as roundtable sessions with TI staff to discuss topics like setting up a junior section, development programmes, coach education support and club standards.

Developing a club strategy and club Development plan with Derek O’Reilly, Carmichael Ireland. Clubs will come away with practical tips and plans to put in place in their club.
11.30am-12.30pm
Establishing a wellbeing programme in your club with Bríd O’Dwyer, GAA Healthy Clubs Coordinator. Bríd will give a The Irish Life GAA Healthy Clubs Project overview, identify priority areas for clubs and share the seven steps to a healthy club.
12.45pm-1.30pm: Lunch (provided)
1.30pm – 3.00pm: Breakouts/Roundtables
- Conflict Resolution with Optimum.
- Setting up a Junior Section – Eleanor Condon.
