Coaching Courses for Q1 2023

Would you like to start your coaching journey?

Triathlon Ireland currently have Level One coaching courses in Sligo, Omagh and Cork scheduled early next year and currently open for registration on the course calendar (see links below). There will also be Tri Leader courses in these areas ahead of the Level One courses for those starting out.

The Level One Course

Each course runs over three days (two days on the first weekend and a final assessment day approximately three weeks later). You must attend all three days of the course in order to gain your qualification. 

The requirements for the Coach Level One course are as follows:

• Must be over 18 
• Completion of Tri Leader before attending Level One course

Tri Leader Courses

In advance of the Level One courses in Omagh and Sligo, we will be running a Tri Leader course in Letterkenny on the 7th of January. This has been organised to allow for a quick and easy progression from one course to the next.

There will also be a Tri Leader course in Waterford on the 4th of February and Cork on 5th of February to facilitate people who wish to register for the Cork Level One coaching course.
