Making Waves: Club Leadership Programme

Triathlon Ireland and Cycling Ireland are hosting a club level leadership programme including training, mentoring and networking support in September and October 2025.

Club Leadership Programme

Triathlon Ireland and Cycling Ireland recognise the need for a support network for the fantastic women who lead our clubs. This programme aims to support women who work within their clubs to increase their confidence and knowledge and create a network of leaders within our clubs. What do graduates of the programme think?

For me the making waves program was a tool or kick start I suppose you could say to give me the contacts and confidence to progress within my club. Since then I’ve done the Tri leader course, level one coaching. I’m coaching in my club and I’m the chairperson. I’m also race director for the clubs first ever race on the TI major events calendar so I suppose you could say a lot has changed since making waves. I would highly recommend it.
