What do graduates of the programme think?

“Making Waves program was a tool or kick start to give me the contacts and confidence to progress within my club. Since then, I’ve done the Tri Leader Course, Level 1 coaching. I’m coaching in my club and I’m the chairperson. I’m also race director for the club’s first ever race on the TI Major Events Calendar, so a lot has changed since making waves. I would highly recommend it.”
