Female Coach and Local Technical Official Mentoring Programme

Triathlon Ireland is seeking applicants for a new Mentoring Programme for Female Local Technical Officials and Coaches.
Triathlon Ireland’s female participation rate is 37%. However the percentage of female TO’s and Coaches is below this.
As part of our Women in Sport Programme we are therefore providing newly qualified female LTO’s and female coaches with support and mentoring as they begin on their journeys.
While the programme is aimed at assisting Female coaches and LTOs, we are looking for both male and female mentors.
The mentoring programme begins in January 2023.
Mentoring Skills Programme

- Scope to improve your own personal skills;
