Notification of Triathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting
AGM Registration
The 2020 Triathlon Ireland AGM will be the first meeting since the 2019 constitutional changes; which means that the clubs now become the voting members. This AGM will be the first opportunity for Club Representatives to have their say and be engaged in the progress of the sport and direction for Triathlon Ireland. It is really important that as many clubs as possible attend.
This year, the Triathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting will be held virtually from Sport Ireland Campus, in line with Government and HSE advice on Covid-19. The event will be conducted via Zoom webinar at 1pm on Saturday, 18th April 2020.
Please confirm and register your club delegates’ AGM attendance here. The deadline to register is the 13th of April 2020. All confirmed registrants will be sent a link and information guide for accessing the meeting. Triathlon Ireland is available to assist any club who requires a system test in advance of the AGM.
Triathlon Ireland member clubs are entitled to one vote at the AGM. Each club must appoint a member within their club to represent it as a delegate and vote on its behalf. For information on nomination and election procedures please see here.
ANNUAL REPORT
At the meeting, Triathlon Ireland members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
- accept the Annual Report 2019
- accept the annual financial statements
- elect directors
- appoint an auditor
