At-home Sessions

Triathlon Ireland members now have access to four weekly sessions, in addition to the free Run Your Neighbourhood Running Plan. With three turbo classes and  pilates, there is a session to suit everyone!

PILATES

This week is the last week of our current block of Pilates Classes with Anna Frankland from Reform Pilates.

Pleast note this week’s class will take place on Thursday at 7am, instead of Friday.

This 45 minute class with experienced Pilates instructor Anna is designed with triathletes in mind and all levels of pilates experience will be catered for.

Registration for this class will close on Wednesday at 5.00pm, or once the class limit is reached, whichever is sooner. All participants will then receive a Zoom link via email in advance of Thursday’s class. Sign up is on a weekly basis, this means that even if you’ve taken part in a previous week, you will still need to sign up for this one in order to receive the Zoom link.

Anna has kindly requested that her fee for these classes be donated to Aware as part of her current fundraising. Triathlon Ireland will be making a donation on her behalf. Read more about Reform Pilates on their website here.

turbo classes

You can now get organised for the week and sign up for all of your Turbo sessions in advance! These sessions, let by experienced coach and Triathlon Ireland Development Officer Gary Crossan, have been extremely popular over the last six months with over 60 riders joining regularly from all over the country!

The sessions are great training, great fun, and you’ll also pick up some great tips from the other triathletes on the call along the way.

Please note the Tuesday morning class starts at 6.10am – as requested in participant feedback.
