14/06/2021: This Week’s At-home Sessions

This week we have three turbo sessions – Tuesday morning, the MidWeek Turbo on Wednesday at 7pm and the Weekend Turbo on Saturday at 8am.
These sessions are led by experienced coach and Triathlon Ireland Development Officer Gary Crossan, were extremely popular in 2020 with over 60 riders joining regularly from all over the country!
The sessions are great training, great fun, and you’ll also pick up some great tips from the other triathletes on the call along the way.
DRY LAND SWIM EXERCISE CLASS
Gary will be hosting an optional Dry Land Swim Exercise/S&C class ahead of Wednesday’s turbo class. Focussing on upper body strength and mobility, the class will run for 20 minutes from 6.30pm to 6.50pm before the turbo session starts at 7pm. This class will use the same Zoom link as the turbo session.
If you have the following available, please have it nearby for this session: brush handle and a light stretch band about 1 to 1.5metre in length. If you don’t have a band, a set of light dumbbells/hand weights will do.
