Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport

Triathlon Ireland is involved each year in NSPCC Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport Week.

Take a look at the below video from the NSPCC and see how you can play your part in keeping sport safe and positive.

Physical and Mental wellbeing of young athletes

Just like our physical health, we all need to look after our mental health.

Talking about things might feel tough, but there are people and organisations here to help.

All Triathlon Ireland Juniors should feel comfortable in their clubs to seek advice or help to find the information needed from your Club Children’s Officers – or from Triathlon Ireland.
