JUNIOR TRIATHLON CLUBS
The number of clubs around Ireland with junior sections is growing every year and with great club sessions and a growing number of junior races, there’s never been a better time to get involved in youth triathlon!
All the Junior Triathlon Clubs listed on this page have undergone Triathlon Ireland’s Club Affiliation process which ensures they have the right structures in place to allow athletes under the age of 18 to engage with multisport in a positive, fun and safe environment.
Steps to becoming a Junior Member
Search for a Club

Contact the Club
Reach out to the club directly (email or social media) to ask about junior training, age groups, and beginner options.
Attend a Trial / Fun Session
Join a taster or fun session if offered. This helps you see if the club environment is right and lets coaches assess your level.
Sign Up as a Junior Member
Once ready, register with the club and complete your Triathlon Ireland Junior Membership.

Start Your Triathlon Journey

Youth Series
The Triathlon Ireland Youth Series brings ten rounds of racing around the country for triathletes aged 11 – 17 years old.
The new season will see participants test themselves against their peers on land and water in a fun, competitive environment.
