Women in Sport Leadership 2024
15 women from all around Ireland have recently completed their Women in Sport Leadership Course facilitated by Lisa Clancy and Sarah O’Shea with an in-person day and graduation ceremony.
Over the last six weeks, the women have covered many topics such as:
- Leadership
- Values
- Networking and Collaboration
- Challenging Situations and Resilience
- Conflict in Clubs
- Crisis Management
- Communications and Developing Your Personal Brand
- Influence and Change
- Research and Governance
In conjunction with the modules, each person received a one-to-one coaching session and support in producing their own Personal Development Plan.
Throughout the programme there were numerous guest speakers who discussed their own journeys and the importance of leadership.
