2026 Major Events: Bids Now Open
Calling all Clubs & Organisers - host a Major event!
The bid for Triathlon Ireland 2026 Major Events is now open. The Major Events calendar covers all National Championship events (e.g. sprint and standard national championships), races in the Triathlon and Duathlon National Series and all races in the Youth Series supported by AIG Insurance.
Deadline for applications is 9am, Monday 20th October 2025.

Ensure you have familiarised yourself with the Major Events Host Contract Agreement.
All applications must be submitted electronically using the form provided.

You can apply for more than one Major Event title, just select all relevant options in your submission.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS
Deadline for applications: 20th October 2025 (11.59pm)
All applicants will be notified in early November 2025 of the outcome with full list revealed at the Triathlon Ireland Awards evening on the 8th of November 2025.
