Round five of the 2023 Triathlon National Series took place in Tramore this Saturday at Metalman Triathlon. For the second time in recent years, the weather didn’t play ball and the swim section was cancelled due to rough seas.

After the 90km bike and half marathon run, John Hayden and Helen Perry emerged the winners. Enda Bagnall and Shauna Doellken-O’Shea in second, and James Hoare and Deirdre Murphy in third.
