Become a mentor as part of our Mentoring Skills Programme

Building confidence, connection and community through mentorship

Triathlon Ireland and Cycling Ireland are joining forces to deliver a brand new Mentoring Skills Programme. We’re looking for Mentors to strengthen the support network for our newly qualified female Coaches, Local Technical Officials and Club Leaders.

As part of this Women in Sport initiative, we will be jointly running a Mentoring Skills Programme, facilitated by leadership expert Myra McGlynn. The programme recognises the vital role mentors play in helping others grow – as they set out on their journeys into coaching, officiating and leadership. We are looking for both male and female mentors to take part in this programme. After taking part in the programme, our mentors will be part of a support network for newly qualified Women in Sport leaders in our community.

Mentoring Skills Programme

Triathlon Ireland and Cycling Ireland recognises the need for a support network for our valued technical officials (TO’s), coaches and club leaders. We would like to invite applications from TO’s,  Level 2 coaches and experienced club leaders who are interested in being part of this programme.
