Notification of Triathlon Ireland AGM 2021
Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Triathlon Ireland Annual General Meeting will take place virtually at 2pm on Saturday, 24th April 2021 and attendees will be invited to join via webinar.
The Triathlon Ireland Annual Report, which will include information on Audited Financial Statements 2020, AGM Timetable, Motions and Director Reports will be shared with all members on the Triathlon Ireland website in due course.
Triathlon Ireland members are given notice to submit motions/resolutions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for Board Positions. Motions must be put forward in writing and signed by a member club chairperson in order to be accepted.

Triathlon Ireland member clubs are entitled to one vote at AGM. Each club must appoint a member within their club to represent it as a delegate and vote on its behalf.
