Just like our physical health, we all need to look after our mental health. Talking about things might feel tough, but there are people and organisations here to help. All TI juniors should feel comfortable in their clubs to seek advice or help to find the information you need from your clubs Childrens Officer or from TI. Some of these organisations are listed below.
Childline have loads of information about how to deal with a tough time, coping with suicidal feelings, coping with stress, types of mental health, how to help a friend and lots more.
