INVITATION TO TENDER FOR TIMING SERVICE PROVISION 2022

Triathlon Ireland is inviting tenders for the provision of a timing company for all Triathlon and Duathlon National Series events in 2022. This tender also relates to the provision of timing services for Triathlon Ireland National Championship events.

The successful company will work with Triathlon Ireland and race organisers to facilitate the development and retain high standards for all of the above events.

There is no separate pre-qualification stage or questionnaire but potential suppliers are required to register their expression of interest in tendering by emailing events@triathlonireland.com with a sample copy of Triathlon Ireland race results that the timing company has provided.

DEADLINES

Suppliers wishing to tender must register their expression of interest by emailing events@triathonireland.com by 0900 on Friday 17th December 2021.

Failure to do so or late entries will not be accepted and the supplier’s tender will also not be considered.

2021 APPROVED TIMING COMPANIES

All 2021 approved timing companies have been contacted in relation to their contract and do not need to register their expression of interest as per the above guidelines.
