Well done everyone on getting last week's challenges logged!

STARTER CHALLENGE

This week the starter challengers are going to run 3km, bike 10km and run 5km. You can do your efforts on three different days, then log into Results Base here, and add your ticket for each challenge to your account. Don't forget to tag us on Instagram or Facebook so we can see how well you are doing!

All Run and Riders are reminded to respect the government’s social distancing rules in spirit and in letter.

  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Complete the runs and rides solo.
  • Be courteous to other pedestrians when running.
  • Stay within your designated area.
  • Respect the rules of the roads.

Each time you do a challenge, you log it there and you can see who else is on the board! This week's challenges need to be logged by Sunday, 21st June.

Run and Ride for Pieta is completely free of charge but we do ask that you donate a small fee - or better still fundraise - for the Pieta House Charity, which carries out important work in the areas of mental health and suicide prevention.
