A strong performance from Kieran Jackson saw him finish 28th from a top class field of 95 International triathletes in La Baule last Saturday.

Jackson exited the water mid-field but a fall in transition saw him hanging onto the end of the 3rd pack on the first bike lap. However, he posted the 5th fastest bike split of the day to move himself up to pack two and finish with a very strong run passing 11 athletes to 28th at the finish line the race was won by three times World champion Mario Mola ahead of current World Champion Vincent Luis in second.
