Paratriathlon Talent ID Antrim

Paratriathlon Training Day

Talent ID Day

The first paratriathlon Talent ID Day of 2017 took place recently in Antrim with the aim of identifying and encouraging new talent for the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and Tokyo 2020.

Triathlon Ireland's new High Performance lead coach Paul Strange and his team of HP paratriathlon specialised coaches were on hand to offer coaching advice and assistance to attendees.

Triathlon Ireland is developing a new High-Performance paratriathlon hub at the Antrim/Newtownabbey Centre and is providing free of charge, monthly coached training sessions for all abilities under the watchful eye of Paul and his team.

Get Involved

Triathlon Ireland's next training days will be on April 23rd & 30th, drop us an email or just call in and experience this athlete-centred training environment.

If you have what it takes to become a Para-triathlete, no matter what your ability, we will offer you the training and support on the day. And who knows where the journey might take you!

We would again like to thank the Valley Leisure centre and their staff, and also Antrim and Newtownabbey council for their support to the program, the Douglas Bader Foundation and our team of coaches.
