The 2008 AGM for Irish Triathlon Association Ltd will be held on 28 February, commencing at 11am. The venue for the AGM is Portlaoise Heritage Hotel. Directions to the venue can be found below.

The AGM is your chance to participate in the running of Triathlon Ireland, and to find out about plans for the coming years.

Agenda

• Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
• Governing Council Reports
• Presentations on future direction
• Election of Officers
• Appointment of Auditors for 2009

Nominations for canditates

Any nominations for candidates wishing to stand for the elected roles should be emailed to agm@triathlonireland.com. Please include the candidate name, proposer, seconder and Triathlon Ireland numbers for all three. If you wish to ask for any information on what is required of the role, and time commitment involved, then please email agm@triathlonireland.com, or phone the Triathlon Ireland office. All nominations must be received by close of business on 20 February 2009.

Resolutions

Please email in any resolutions for debate and voting at the AGM to agm@triathlonireland.com. Please include the proposer of the resolution (including TI number), the text of the resolution, and any notes that you would like published. If this resolution is a proposed amendment to an already published proposal then please cite this in the wording of the resolution. All resolutions for consideration by the meeting must be received by close of business on 20 February 2009. To discuss wording or detail of any proposal then please call the TI office. The Governing Documents of Triathlon Ireland can be found under the 'Important Documents' menu item on the home page. You should refer to these in your drafting.
